Play-Based Learning

Westlake Christian Academy’s early learning center is an exciting and engaging place to grow, play, and learn. Our play-based early learning program offers preschool for 3-year-olds and pre-kindergarten for 4-year-olds. Children are introduced to developmentally appropriate learning goals, all while getting to know Jesus, the best friend anyone can have.

A Christ-Centered Approach

Elementary teachers consistently integrate faith and learning, while striving to create a safe, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to grow both academically and spiritually. Children receive rigorous and hands-on instruction in reading, math, and the sciences, as well as opportunities to explore music and the arts. By teaching within the context of a biblical worldview, we inspire children of all ages to become disciples of Jesus Christ in thought, word, and deed.

Biblical Worldview

Junior and Senior High curriculum is approached from a biblical worldview. Students are challenged to think critically, and creativity is encouraged. The academic emphasis of high school is to provide educational experiences with the rigor, breadth, and depth necessary for graduates to succeed in whatever post-secondary pursuits they desire. We intentionally encourage our graduates to consider higher education options which will continue to build and solidify their understanding of a biblical worldview.
