Parents of 2nd Grade students are invited to attend chapel. The 2nd grade class will be leading worship and presenting a message. Please use the Slusser Street entrance and park on the playground.

The community is invited to attend a homeschool fair, with representatives from several area groups and organizations who serve homeschool families. Westlake representatives will be available to discuss homeschool partnership opportunities for band, athletics, and individual courses.

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the District's plans for providing special education services to students with disabilities who attend private schools and home schools within the district for the 2025-26 school year.  Information about Response to Intervention and the identification process will also be discussed. If you are a parent of a private schooled or home schooled student who has been or may be identified with a disability and you reside within the boundaries of D46, you are urged to attend.  If you have further questions pertaining to this meeting, please contact Linda Mizwicki, Pupil Services Coordinator (D46) at 847-543-6217.

• 12:30-1:30 PM – Grades 1-4
•  1:45-2:45 PM – Grades 5-8

Parents of finalists will be notified with details on attending. We can’t wait to see our students shine—let the spelling fun begin!

Join us for our best Mother & Son event yet! This special afternoon includes a 30-minute Core Arts Martial Arts and Fitness class, led by Westlake parent Justin Lindal. Enjoy fellowship, snacks, and refreshments with fellow Westlake moms and sons—mother-like figures are welcome, too!

📚 The Book Fair will be open in the morning before the event, so feel free to shop before class begins

You're Invited to Our All-School Fine Arts Night!

Join us on Saturday, April 26th, from 4:00–8:00 PM for a special evening celebrating the creativity of our students!

This open house event is for our entire school community. Stroll through the building to admire student artwork on display, enjoy light refreshments on the playground, and take part in exciting interactive art creation opportunities!

Artwork will be featured from:

•  All students in Preschool–6th grade
• 7th–12th grade students enrolled in art classes

We can't wait to celebrate the arts with you! See you there!
