We are hiring for the following positions for the 2026–27 school year.
Secondary (7th–12th):
- STEM Teacher; courseload may include topics such as:
- Earth Science
- Intro to Engineering
- Applied Math and Science
- Physics
- Pre-algebra
- Intro to STEM
- Computer Science
Elementary:
- 6th Grade Teacher
- Music Teacher (part-time)
Staff:
- Development Director
- Full-time or part-time, depending on expertise and availability
- Key responsibilities include designing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns, along with cultivating donor and community relationships.
- This newly focused role will collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to share Westlake's story with key constituencies.

Profile of a Westlake Christian Academy faculty/staff member:
- A born-again Christian with a mature walk of faith, whose lifestyle, convictions, and beliefs are in line with Biblical mandates, and with the Holy Spirit of God.
- Faithful in attendance and is actively involved in his or her own local evangelical church.
- Able to clearly articulate the Biblical components of salvation, citing appropriate Scripture passages, and who is able to lead a child to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
- In agreement and supportive of the school’s Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct.
- Committed to the tenets of the philosophy of Christian school education.
- Understands the school’s Mission Statement: “To provide for Christian families a Christ-centered education that disciples our students to honor Jesus Christ in thought, word, and deed.”
- Willing to complete an application and participate in an interview.
- Recognizes God’s call for service in his or her life.
- Possesses Christ-like qualities.
- Possesses a skill-set complementing the position.
