2026–27 Positions

We are hiring for the following positions for the 2026–27 school year. 

Secondary (7th–12th):

  • STEM Teacher; courseload may include topics such as:
    • Earth Science
    • Intro to Engineering
    • Applied Math and Science
    • Physics
    • Pre-algebra
    • Intro to STEM
    • Computer Science

Elementary:

Staff:

  • Development Director
    • Full-time or part-time, depending on expertise and availability
    • Key responsibilities include designing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns, along with cultivating donor and community relationships.
    • This newly focused role will collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to share Westlake's story with key constituencies.
  • Before Care (7–8:15am M–Th, 7–9:15am F)
    • Director

  • After Care (3–6pm)
    • Director
    • Aide

Faculty Staff Employment Forms

Profile of a Westlake Christian Academy faculty/staff member:

  • A born-again Christian with a mature walk of faith, whose lifestyle, convictions, and beliefs are in line with Biblical mandates, and with the Holy Spirit of God.
  • Faithful in attendance and is actively involved in his or her own local evangelical church.
  • Able to clearly articulate the Biblical components of salvation, citing appropriate Scripture passages, and who is able to lead a child to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
  • In agreement and supportive of the school’s Statement of Faith and Standards of Conduct.
  • Committed to the tenets of the philosophy of Christian school education.
  • Understands the school’s Mission Statement: “To provide for Christian families a Christ-centered education that disciples our students to honor Jesus Christ in thought, word, and deed.”
  • Willing to complete an application and participate in an interview.
  • Recognizes God’s call for service in his or her life.
  • Possesses Christ-like qualities.
  • Possesses a skill-set complementing the position.
