Withdrawing a Student from Westlake

Families who plan to withdraw a student must complete the Opt-Out form below in order to officially withdraw. Please note that a phone call or email is not sufficient notice. Financial payments will not be adjusted unless the Opt-Out form is signed and submitted.

This form should be used in the following circumstances:

A student is withdrawing mid-year (indicate the exact last day of attendance).
A student will not be returning for the following school year (The deadline to withdraw without making a non-refundable down payment for the new school year is March 31).

This form is NOT required in the following circumstances:

Your child is graduating from high school this year.
You have completed the Pre-K Commitment Form or Kindergarten Decision Form and indicated that your child will not return.

Student Withdrawl Form

This form will notify Westlake Christian Academy that one or more of the children in your family will not be returning to WCA for the 2025-2026 school year and therefore will be removed from Continuous Enrollment. The deadline to withdraw without making a non-refundable down payment for the new school year is March 31. For those withdrawing after the deadline, please allow 4-6 business days to stop any payments originally scheduled in June or after. Please contact the business office with any payment-related questions. If you are only withdrawing part of your family while choosing to keep others enrolled, you will need to fill out this Withdrawal Form but your other child(ren) will remain enrolled until you notify us otherwise.

Reason for Leaving *
“I hereby choose to withdraw the above child/children from Westlake Christian Academy. I understand that, should I choose to re-enroll the above child/children and have not made a non-refundable down payment in April, there will be an enrollment fee for each child as published. I also acknowledge that by withdrawing my child, he or she loses his or her placement and future admission to any grade level is subject to waiting lists and availability.”
